The Pacific Diver collection are Swiss made and use a Ronda 515 Quartz movement.

These meet the ISO 6425 strict standards for certification and are water resistant to 200 meters (20 ATM), or 660 feet. They are professional divers watches.

The case is 316L Stainless Steel with a Carbonox™ uni-directional rotating Bezel.

What is Carbonox?

The Bezel on the Pacific Dive series is made from CARBONOX™. This is carbon powder that is:

  • 6 times lighter than steel, and 3 times lighter than titanium
  • Rigid and durable, with a strong chemical resistance
  • Non-metallic, anti-magnetic and anti-allergenic
  • Weatherproof
  • Very low thermal extension and low heat expansion
  • Ultra-lightweight
  • Shock and scratch resistant
  • Doesn't get hot in warm weather, or cold in extremely cold environments.

Luminox Light Technology (LLT)

Luminox Pacific Dive Series

The distinction in lumination from other watch manufacturers is Luminox Light Technology. Luminox stand by their claim to be always at-a-glance visible, for up to 25 years.

The time can be read no matter what the conditions or hour of the day.

Each Luminox watch features tiny gas lights (borosilicate glass capsules filled with Tritium), which are always lit. These are on both the hands, and hour markers of the Pacific Dive series watches.

Tritium is naturally luminescent. It is a radioactive hydrogen isotope and is perfectly safe for humans.

When to Change the Battery?

The Pacific Diver Series run off a 395 Button battery. These generally last around 3 to 4 years before they need replacing.

You'll know it's time change the battery when the second hand on your Luminox watch stops and then jumps forward 4 seconds at a time.

The battery must be replaced by an Authorised Luminox Service Center.

How much do the Pacific Diver watches cost?

The Pacific Diver watches are priced between $545 and $640 making them very affordable.

Although only newly released, the Pacific Dive watches are a popular selling watch in the Luminox range, which is not surprising when you look at their specs and design.
